The Africa Yoga Project Academy is a 3-year training program that teaches professional, personal and leadership skills. This includes classroom style lessons, on the job training, yoga training, and practical experience where AYP teachers provide free yoga classes to individuals in marginalized communities who otherwise wouldn't have access to wellbeing services.
